Just checked with the asx and they know nothing (surprised anyone?). All they could say was that they were waiting on the annc from cba. Even though you could read the annc
to mean it should have opened this am.
"the securities will remain in pre-open until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 18 December 2008 or when the announcement is released to the market."
Even though there has been a swag of annc since the halt they (asx) are still waiting for an annc. Which is ok, but why don't they relaeas another annc stating that?
Once this annc is released all is back up and running after 20min.
