They certainly wouldn't buy 70m of the DroneGun Tactical. They already have $3.2m worth of that product. This deal is likely for large scale asset and infrastructure security. As we saw with the recent attacks on their oil supply by a drone with a payload, that caused several hundred million in damage.
These large contracts take time, DRO is building itself nicely, just as Peter James said, he has seen this both with iiNet and nearmap.
