The christmas card fiasco is something this company will take a long time living down.
Doesn't it seem apt somehow that Citigold would send a card personalised by signatures that are mass produced?

Have you ever been in bed with someone who 'breaks wind', then thinks it's funny to pull the blanket over you both? No, neither have I - but I can imagine.

The card reads, "At this time, Christmas and the New Year is like a magic blanket that seems to wrap itself about us - something so intangible that it is like a fragrance."
