I'd say this is a very strong announcement and shows a $hit tone of confidence and will attract the funders/financiers for the remainder. The question now is has this been priced in already or this is yet to filter through to the market and the SP breaks upwards towards .033
The other factor is that if funding/go ahead to be announced towards full year results Aug (but we know there is always a delay with LMG ann's) so called it October then an eventual rally to .045c could occur
