From What I can gather from having READ what HAS been discussed on here so far is the only significant thing that happened appeared to be the judge HAS ordered ISX to amend their statement of claims (or something akin to that) detailing "exactly" how the damages were caused. My view is that ISX MIGHT not be able to manage to do that adequately. BOTH THE ASX & ISX can claim anything they like but it would have to be proven in court.
