FromWhat I can gather from having READ what HAS been discussedonhere so far isthe only significant thing that happened appeared to bethe judge HAS ordered ISX to amend their statement of claims (or something akin to that) detailing "exactly" how the damages were caused. My view is that ISX MIGHT notbe able to manage todo that adequately. BOTH THE ASX & ISX can claim anything they like but it would have to be proven in court.
