I'm with you. I had a discussion with cso1 and a few others last week and said pretty much the same as you.

The formality and strict substantiation requirements mean that the numbers will now be dependable rather than seen as exagerated estimates produced by the company.

These numbers will be the basis for additional offtake agreements and, more importantly, financing. It will determine whether GIP can get this up and running or whether it will fade into obscurity due to lack of interest.

As is always the case, I reckon it will run a little on a positive BFS but will then languish for a while until things actually start happening - finance agreements, construction contracts, and then production.

Should be an interesting time.
