So, one more dividend impediment removed.
Now down to the recovery in price and volume.....
Cash dividends and distributions from POPL to PHPL and PLS allowed quarterly provided that the first scheduled repayment has been made, and the distribution covenants for that quarter and the preceding quarter are met.
Also the Task Force on Climate Related Financial Disclosures (linked to the clean energy corp financing component) https://www.fsb-tcfd.org/tcfd-supporters/ has some interesting members, including POSCO joining March 2020.
