That's fair. I guess some people are waiting until the travel sector is back on its feet before they buy when things are closer to the top of valuation - which is good because it means popping the valuation even higher when things are all sun shiny. I myself prefer to buy when things are at the bottom of the barrel so I can maximise profits.
One thing I like to do is picture myself in 1 - 2 years from now and ask myself what shares I would've bought during the pandemic.. and the answer is always travel. Travel has never been hit this hard before and it's the worse it will need to endure (lockdown, restrictions, isolation etc) and post covid is a travel boom when everyone is allowed back out.
