RAD001 almost complete, another 200 sq klm of ELs quietly secured and Bacterial Leaching project progressing with about 3/4 mill in the bank and another million on tap with MAW.

NEL has been greenlighted after 4 Councils pull out of their court case with State Govt and NAG has the best environmental solution for the NEL PASS. I don't think the SPARK consortium will want to see a repeat of the Transurban Westgate Tunnel fiasco and will have no doubt priced in a sensible solution to their 5.5 million tonnes of PASS disposal.
