This looks to be good analysis if your sentiment is to sell.
But because of the uncertainties embedded in almost all these points, a simple fact is probably - we don't know.
Thus 16c, and my opinion 16-17c is well a place for all these unanswered questions, these risks have already been factored in.
But my sentiment is a buy as I do believe they will hit a sweat spot soon.
