To the Opes Prime victims I do hope that I will be proved wrong and that you get what you believe you deserve by way of monetary damages against ANZ/ML. From a non legal point of view they have behaved in an immoral and dare one say unethical way. But then again they are banks and that is normal behaviour for them. But from a legal stance unless there is that smoking gun (whether in emails or other documents)I just can't see how you will be successful.
