say no to everything except the director re-election. They really needs to know the limit. If the CEO is not performing other than constantly talking all about his Porsche and Maserati, he needs to go ASAP, and we need to force the directors to do their jobs. Currently the directors are of high caliber, let’s see if they could improve the business’ future.
