Recovery can only come from savings. The US, Western Europe and Japan have to fail because they will now never have a capacity to save since they are dependent on other for the resources they need to survive. By focussing on our consumers instead of our producers with rescue packages we are indeed helping this mess to manifest itself in an uglier manner for our future.
