It has never been clear what the problem is. It is clear the product works. There is a problem in closing the deal, quite possibly because they cannot demonstrate to clients what the compelling reasons are to continue use the product after trials. Maybe the value of the benefit from using the product to clients are not that significant. There has to be a significant cash benefit to clients for them to place orders.
