BPay is an Australian thing. I was in the same boat with KAI but luckily still have an active account in Oz and was able to use the number off Advanced Shared Registry. Wasn't so lucky with DEG when they did something similar not long back, because even with there being no Covid the mail didn't arrive in time in NZ to be actionable and they aren't with Advanced. That hurts now! Hopefully a similar run with KAI will help dull the pain.
