Based on the moderate pullback today after such a good run (and on a down day) as well as the telehealth angle from this contract, ELS could joining the list of COVID play stocks. Of course, there is a lot more to this company, but sometimes the SP can be driven higher for misunderstood reasons.
But make no mistake, the US govt is allocating big dollars for rural health and telecommunications gaps. They are way behind the curve and have been for many years. A Dem govt will only accelerate that move.
