The only information that is really new here is the fact meetings regarding the next lot have been held/are under way this week.
The rest, if people have been up on the news has been announced in the past.
The state of the art equipment thing - IMEC had new production equipment (latest and greatest) they wanted to bed in and I understand 4DS RERAM was given the opportunity to be the first on it and give IMEC a chance to get a "feel for the controls" so to speak. A bit of quid quo pro was involved as well as I recall (discounted iteration cost, although maybe slower process).
