Two things jumped out at me in yesterday's report.
1. The flow rates being between 2 and 3 times that experienced previously in PB # 1.. Enough to provide GDN with it's first production well. As the company has previously stated, the costs associated with extracting the gas (once drilling complete) is minimal.. Cashflow can be realised very quickly without any major capital expenditure.
2. Something many may not be aware of; the high well head pressure readings (500-600psi).. These pressures have been remarkably stable indicative of very encouraging reservoir properties. Also implies that the gas can be taken directly to the nearby Williams gas pipeline..
I understand that GDN have been very pleasantly surprised by yesterday's results and are looking forward to actually reaching the identified targets.
