I think what you refer to as ISX lack of disclosure is more the ASX over stepping the mark and requesting more info than they are entitled to from a listed company and attempting to apply the listing rules against the spirit in which they are intended. Also the fact ISX info has been leaked from the ASX in the past so there is a high degree of mistrust.

I don't believe these issues would exist with another exchange.
