Just to add to the discussion there would be $350k left without the last CR, so and this is me surmising (not MQ talking) the company did have enough cash to complete the SS but would be in a tight situation to progress anything else with the appeals process under way and but still a month or more from completion. So the next CR will be after the MR as there’s enough cash to keep pushing out the Resource update and begin the BFS est to cost about $600k.
Wingfield Capital did not participate in the last CR, when I asked MQ about that at the time, he said “they are keeping their powder dry till after the MR is awarded” so and again this is me surmising I don’t think we will get to participate in the next raise and I think discussions are probably under way after all OMalley is on the board.
