how much would you pay for a fish and chip shop established for 5 years not making any profit what valuation would you place on a business

my mate down there in Perth turns over 250 k a year in his fish and chip shop works 25 hours a week 6 days he nets 150 k after costs and he makes fish n chips you see the irony that there are 2000 stocks on the ASX just 600 make a profit 2/3rds if the Aussie market has a valuation of zero

FBR is way over valued that’s why it’s 6 cents any investor looking over this the burn the cap ex the needed cap ex the dilution effect is likely going to pass a fish n chip shop is a better investment in my view than putting money in this at least you will get a return and not get diluted unless snapper is in short supply lol
