To me a dumb move. What do you have to gain by pissing off everyone else in ADT for not a lot. For my 550k I would now tell them to stick any offer they made where the sun doesn't shine.

Is it relevant that they had the opportunity to pick up shares around $1 during the Covid 19 retrace after they supposedly dipped out on CR invitations and in fact have had the opportunity to obtain them on market and make good any loss?

Seem to me pretty desperate move. I cannot understand why they do not disclose changes in shareholdings as required. Perhaps they are bleeding shares trying to suppress the share price and their equity is falling. I guess there are a few punters out there including myself that they have made happy by parting with shares at the right price.

I suspect they are having trouble both maintaining their share holding and coming up with a deal that could get over the line.

Perhaps it is time for an ethical white knight to take a position.
