aussies are smart enough to sometimes know when they are being ripped off and abused - so, third worlders are happy enough to take the jobs and some foreign travelers are ok enough with it because the government has set up the slavery system using things like the 88 day rule so that the crims who don't pay - can get people who are forced to work for little and crap conditions if they want to see Oz for a year or so
