    Don't be surprised if we get some action here from one of the stronger REIT's without institutional mandates who would see value in this opportunity. eg Cromwell has strong retail following but no institutional mandates. Trinity has poor retail presence but has the $900M unlisted TPT which has fantastic loyalty from its investors and has performed well for them in the ups and the downs.

    Marriage made in heavan... CEO leaving TCQ would seem to indicate we have a greater chance of something needing to happen.
