Reading between the lines it is a massive tick of approval regarding infection risk as well as actual US market share stating that it's one of the two most commonly used dermal substitutes in the country. This is coming from Professor Greenhalgh who is Chief of Burn Surgery at University of California Burn Centre and a nationally recognised leader in burn care research and education.
