Plenty of good companies under the hammer, that's for sure. Have a look at IIF. OK reduced dividend but all going back in as equity. I must be missing something, unless RE collapses COMPLETELY MCW and IIF have got be no-brainers at anywhere these prices.
Maybe others no something that I (we) don't.....
