    I have to agree, it's bad enough that they wait until the last day, but to not produce it in time at all is something else. Even IF there were some sort of impeding M&A or anything similar (and a HUGE IF), at least produce your financials on time given they've had a month to do so. As a stock holder @Chookfeld you should be disappointed when a company does things like this, NOT make speculative excuses for them.
