Progress?

A couple months ago I wrote the following post on LinkedIn but it seems progress has possibly stalled?
Any comments?

AUSSIE FINANCIAL INNOVATION IN USACCA ASX wanted to create a mobile banking platform to supply 10,000+ banks and credit unions which don't have a flexible, online facility. The USA is surprisingly backward in this regard with all the smaller banks. This is a belief held by the CEO who was the previous CEO of ASX: EML. EML Payments LtdIt is different to Australia where we only have a total of 50 banks and dominated by the big 4.

The mobile banking platform, plug and play, would be difficult to create and commercialise if you were relying on someone else's MasterCard/visa because then they'd take a cut on that.So Change Financial created their own, which allows flexibility in terms of customising the app/rules within the app etc, and most importantly: a monetary cut on all transactions. And this is too expensive for others to do, so they are protected by the barrier to entry.

More recently the Central Bank of Kansas City, approved the launch of the first UpChange customer platform on Change's payments and card issuing platform. CCA are registered as a Mastercard payments processor, the first in five years & second in 20 years. Institutional research departments should do some research on this spec. I have some on spec so don't buy any without Financial Planners Advice.
