The fact is many companies loose value post consolidation, a reason many shareholders including myself apposed a consolidation without a trigger to prevent a drop, hence the failed attempt first time around. The consolidation was done because of the opportunity involving A1, with the majority of shareholders agreeing to the consolidation, the rest is history as far as I am concerned.
