I'm not sure my opinion really matter, does it? I don't know all the information regarding the Performance shares so I guess we'll all find out. Trading/investing on the ASX for many years tells me ISX have probably tried to bend the rules and take advantage of that. Sounds like about 100 other companies of traded over the last 2 years. BTW, non of them were suspended. Read into that what you like.
I wasn't implying anything regarding NSX, in fact I thought it would be a great business move. If ASX don't want to trade in crypto go where it can be done. Whether we like it or not that is the future. Maybe not btc but who knows, but there will be a lot of money there. I have BTC and have been holding them for over 5 years. No capital in them at all. ASX, to me is a dinosaur that doesn't have the brainpower or ability to work in that space. I feel the ASX don't want anything to do in that area mostly because they have no idea, and the old wasps are scared of it. Not saying ISX is the company but someone will and worth watching IMO.

regarding delisting I just saw a massive pro for delisting so curious how the BOD can not delist when it was overwhelming voted by SH to do so?

    there are my answers Scott
