With no cap raise at the AGM last week, & mgmt still being high conviction on the UAE deal, to cap raise a week later with no contract execution will be a really poor showing from management. Can only assume they’ve got the contract & need the cap raise to ramp up production to meet the order. They have $4M so no need to rush a cap raise a week on if they haven’t got the contract. Watch this space.
