It will also be easier for FBR to attain an approval to work outside of the 7am -7pm daytime building window if this commercial site is located far enough from residential areas - Allowing FBR to build 24hrs a day.
They have achieved low light conditions already - 24hr day and night would be another great milestone to achieve.
