But Labor will continue to prop him up for a while yet. They have little to gain by burning a new leader now. So while Andrews still serves a political purpose, he will remain.
As we get close to the next election, expect the typical "spend more time with the family" announcement from Andrews and Labor will distance itself completely from his many failures and hope to con Victorians again.
