I think there may have been insider trading. I saw some big volume selling it down before the news to near .25, when the news was released the stock was already down to previous support level and people seemed to just shrug it off, I don't think the new international V route is a big determining factor in the share price, there are other reasons why the share price is low and why it could move lower or higher, V International is a small issue for this company at the present time and I personally don't think it is at all a company maker or breaker, I think they would be better off anyway not pressing for International routes.
