Maybe you are missing the point? If you add moisture you can make a mist correct? So if you add less moisture just enough to make the air a litle more humid? What would happen then? Adding moisture, adding or taking voltage and also if needed using an air dryer to remove moisture to produce more ozone, that would be excellent for as mentioned the agricultural sector. Adding nitrogen, or other gases all changes what radicals can be produced. Like you said, it's basic science...... well not basic for some.
