Euroz have a report out this week to clients . They have lowered target price by a massive 11c , and Euroz is a support broker . They warn that any downtime in Galoc of more than a month will give OEL problems with the bankers . They say things are being juggled through till Mar09 , with uncertainty . It is hoped that the air will possibly clear to see what is going on by then .
