Management need to make some hard calls to turn this around. Capital raising and firing of staff is whats needed. I'm sure the 2 German billionaires will put money in if oel is a going concern. Problem with a placement is it will destroy value for existing shareholders, but some value is better than no value at all.
I have DYOR and it doesnt look good. Not the only oil spec to encounter problems. Tuff market to be in these days
