So what are Norm’s plans for JRV. Do you really want to know. Here’s the sales pitch from Leydin and Campbell.

Norm is going to come onboard, negotiate with the Chinese, develop Young and save JRV. Absolute crap.

Leydin and Campbell are so naïve and full of self interest they have no idea. You think Double Link are going to receive some generous deal from Norm. I don’t think so. Why would Norm be that interested in JRV? He has his own Ni laterites and he can’t raise funds for those and he does not have a process. Jiaming IMO don’t have a finalised process either. I know of at least one other company in Australia they approached and when challenged about their process they refused to disclose any information. Sound familiar? That company told them to go forth and multiply.

So why the sudden interest in JRV? Encouragement by 2 directors who Norm would swat like pesky flies if he felt so inclined. Oh Norm will trot out the line of “I’m really looking after shareholders interests”. Yes Norm that is how you made all your money by being a soft touch and lending a helping hand to struggling junior miners. Ho Ho Ho it’s the season to be jolly And generous.

At least shareholders should see this move for what it is.
A hostile takeover. JRV to lie dormant for years as really Norm would have far more important things to do with his other companies. The other likely scenario is that JRV is simply wound up with no benefit to shareholders. This is a predator market and no offence to Norm, but gee Leydin and Campbell made it easy for him to pounce.

1/ I was sharpening the knife for Richard.

2/ I don’t speak Chinese.

3/ At $78,000 p.a. JRV did not pay me enough as I have many other more important clients.

4/ I did not have the right shoes to wear.

5/ Should I have been there?

The answer to the last one is Yes. Leydin you should have made the effort to attend all of the meetings. Nobody can ever make a mistake if they do nothing. Leave it to others to carry the responsibility. That would seem to be your motto.
