errr not quite correct:
" If your loan remains unpaid by 6th August 2020, under the terms of the Loan & Security Deed, your loan will default and ECT Finance will take possession of your ECT shares which are acting as security against the loan.In doing so, your liability to ECTF on the outstanding loan amount is extinguished."
There is no ECT coming after you for the outstanding loan balance. All ELF participants knew this from the outset.....
