surely there is a way of knowing ? I.e. would have been disclosed somewhere in previous reports. Most likely Bergen or something I missed from the pattos raise. If they were always entitled to convert then I guess it’s not strictly price sensitive. Rather take this now than another cap raise. Gets it out of the way at a good time for cash burn. Doubt it will do the SP much good in the immediate term
