For the share price to start rising SIGNIFICANTLY ECT must demonstrate to the market that they will be earning an income in the future.
At the moment ECT has nothing to show for - hence the reason why the share price is under 3c.
Once ECT signs ONE supply contract and commences the construction of the coldry plant, then we WILL get a re-rating.
In terms of timing, it could happen as early as January 09.
