I believe it is holders selling ex entitlement (maybe up to 40% of their holding) and replacing them to restore their holding to the original number
at 1.5 cents through the issue.
And along the way, also picking up their full entitlement of free options.
Maybe selling at 2 cents, and replacing them at 1.5 cents,it is marginal.
But it is still money in the pocket for nothing.
