Not sure why to be honest. It's not like they were able to release anything market sensitive (e.g. contracts signed for $$$) without an announcement prior. They need to disclose material, market sensitive info when it becomes known (you can't just hold onto it to release it at the time of your scheduled update webinar). The lack of an announcement before the webinar suggested that it was literally just an update on business - nothing new really (yet).
Any news on commercialisation or testing or expected dates?
