@billybongo; in his daily press conferences Andrews advised Victorians that there have been almost no COVID-19 cases in Victorian state government run aged care homes. Almost 100% of COVID-19 infections in Victorian aged care homes are in Scott Morrison's $For $Profit sector.
Andrews decided to publicly intervene even though Victoria's state government has no authority to do so into Morrison's federally under-funded and red-tape cut and poorly accredited $For $Profit sector because he was absolutely sickened by what was happening and Morrison and Hunt were doing nothing to stop the haemorrhaging.
