So what does that have to do with what I posted which was merely a comparison of one respiratory disease (or the medical treatment thereof) to another? I guess it's possible that just because they haven't come up with a vaccine for TB after 138 years it doesn't follow that therefore they wont come up with a vaccine for the (allegedly) far more contagious cornholio virus. But that logical fallacy would be a non-sequitur fallacy and not a slippery slope fallacy. Lucky for me we're not having a formal debate at university and talk like normal humans.
