LOL - i heard. its a much slower trip than you think because the road is very windy. so someone from WA is likely to be even slower than someone who learn to drive in either tasmania or NZ. plus you do need to stop from time to time to look at pretty things. would be a shame to miss the little river side park where you can eat a gorgeous picnic lunch, the tavern where you might grab a nice meal or just look at the scenery. you should never travel in a straight line and not go off the beaten track either - that is when adventures happen.
