HGO actually hold a 22.6 % fully diluted share holding in ESG. The share price of HGO compared to ESG is at its biggest disrepency ever. Last traded share price of both companies reveals that HGO has a market cap of $36 million whilst HGOs shareholding alone in ESG is worth $90.5 million. I guess you can then throw in a gold/copper mine resource, approx $10 million cash holding and other tenements for free. Fundamentals will eventually catch up and drive share price to at least 20c per share in the short term.
