I think the key take away was at the end. When the utilities come back into the market, that is the real tinderbox moment. When that is, we are all guessing timing-wise, but given the uncovered fuel supply, especially with US utilities, we know it will be over the next 6-12 months.
But I'm also guessing that they are also being advised by their advisers that if they don't come into the market soon, they will be paying much higher prices in 2021 and beyond.
