The Visa contract should be dead by now (or will be very soon). Visa is no longer listed on ISX's website.

I'll need to read the announcement again but I remember reading something along the lines the change would force you to use Visa end-to-end and lose some flexibility with other schemes. There's also the KYC competition with ISX's own technology. I don't believe Visa is strictly doing this "to get away from money laundering" and I'm keen to see if other schemes follow suit.
