Yes" That one liner has trivialised their lack of proper communication and explanation of where we are going.The fact they had no excuses to get the quarterly in on time (money is not a problem) it then leads shareholders to think it is sleepy hollow or a private company.They are a public company with responsibilities to the ASX and to their own shareholders,After all we share the ownership with millionaires and battlers.Surely someone in there can pencil in on their desk calendar important dates or have an alarm go off on their mobile phone.
In relation to communications we are in the communications century.Why not have a webinar or Reach Markets to lend a personal touch to the company.Bill Parfet is an anonymous character to a lot of us. Dont tell that someone of Bill Parfets stature cannot look the camera in the face and tell the difference between market sensitive information or not.I have just listened to a webinar where the CEO explained why he could not answer a question and it made everyone happy.
"The Company believes it has sufficient access to sources
of additional capital as may be required to fund its continuing operations." Is that meant to make shareholders happy or sad?It sounds paternalistic that perhaps shareholders may never participate in an SPP or a CR...dont worry Uncle Bill will look after you or could it be that it could have been expressed differently.

Dont any of you worry about me I am a SI that has made 100s of thousands out of the market over recent times.I am a long term holder and patient... after all who would be trader in this illiquid company.I can bide my time and I am not frustrated at all just a champion of the battler and what I see as right and wrong in terms of running a public company.
